The 8th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2021) was held in Moscow on December 17-18, 2021. ICELAIC 2021 was conducted by the Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture and the International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts in the online conference mode on the Zoom platform.

ICELAIC 2021 was jointly organized by the Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Russia), the International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference Planning Co. Ltd (China) and the Moscow House of Nationalities (Russia).

The Conference was dedicated to discussing topical issues in closely related areas: language, verbal arts, communication, culture, and education.
