The papers submitted will be in the process of double-blind peer review. After a thorough review by three reviewers, papers of sufficient scientific quality and within the conference's scope are accepted.

All accepted papers from ICELAIC 2025 will be published on "Proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Intercultural Communication (ICELAIC 2026)" and will be submitted for indexation in CNKI & eLIBRARY.
